At the start of producing these podcasts, I was excited to be working with Steve Hirst, SCA Sunshine Coast and Paul Taylor from Nine News. Over the weeks, I gained an insight into the brewers’ passion for crafting the perfect brew. I am now a drinker of craft beer, and I will get to all the breweries we covered and more. 

The subject of the final four episodes was a different group of crafters; distillers, the process of fermenting locally sourced ingredients to make spirits that rank with the best in the country.
